Don’t take my word for this, but I have a feeling that Crown Royal Cask No. 16 Canadian Whisky is going to be discontinued. I don’t know why I think this, but I do. I’m sure it has to do with the fact that Diageo, the folks that own Crown Royal, have been throwing everything but the kitchen sink at this brand in hopes that sales will increase, but nothing has seemed to help. We’ve also had a lot of inventory issues over the last year, which also leads me to believe something is up.
Don’t get me wrong. Crown Royal Cask No. 16 is INCREDIBLE whisky. How incredible? Well, the Malt Advocate named it “Canadian Whisky of the Year.” I think that screams volumes. If you look at MA’s suggested retail price, it says $100/bottle. That’s HIGH! For the rest of the week, I’m going to put it on sale for my wholesale cost of $54/bottle. That breaks down to a 46% discount. Buy the 2-Pack and I will offer free ground shipping. That just stepped it up a notch!
Let me reiterate something. I was not officially told that Crown Royal Cask No. 16 is being discontinued. There have just been a few things that lead me to believe it may be. Either way, you are getting an incredible deal.
