How stupid am I? Port Brewing Shark Attack Double Red Ale was rated 98pts by Ratebeer.com and I’m going to put it on sale for my wholesale cost of $5/bottle. Why am I doing this? I have no idea. It’s not a good move, though. I only got 5 cases and if it takes off I will have a lot of annoyed people on my hands. Let’s see how it goes. I’m excited to see what happens. Buy the ticket, take the ride!

Today, it happened-I DID IT. I secured Wine Spectator’s HIGHEST-RATED Chianti Classico from the 2009 vintage, making today’s wine, the WS92pt-rated 2009 Carpineta Fontalpino Chianti Classico, a virtual LOCK on Wine Spectator’s Top 100 Wines of 2012 (maybe even TOP 10!?!).

Fontalpino’s Chianti Classico is nothing short of a bona-fide Tour de Force that simply put, TOOK MY BREATH AWAY. It comes from THE most prestigious, pedigreed sub-zone in Chianti. If you haven’t yet gotten my point…

Professionally Speaking,
THIS WINE KICKS ASS
And is coming to you at the Lowest Price in the Nation!Simply put, this is the best sub-$20 ITALIAN RED I’ve tasted in the last 3 years, period! Big Words, I know, BUT since the regular price is $28/bottle, today’s price for $18.95/btl (32% OFF) makes this a NO-BRAINER!!!

Act Now.

In-Store ONLY Promotion!

I finally received part of my Redbreast 12yr Cask Strength Irish Whiskey allocation. For those of you who don’t know, the Redbreast Cask Strength was rated 96pts AND “Irish Whiskey of the Year” by the Whisky Advocate. This item is very allocated. I think my distributor only received 300 bottles. It will be on sale for $64.99/bottle. There has been a lot of people waiting for this whiskey and I only got 30 bottles. I may get more and I may not. Either way, hurry up and get your bottle before they are gone.

There’s a Pioneer in the Kosher Wine World and his name is Peter Stern. He is responsible for the high end wines from Herzog Reserve, Yarden, Carmel, but today’s wine may be his greatest production to date, the 2009 Golan Heights Winery Gamla Reserve Cabernet Sauvignon. Brian and I discovered this at the Kosher Wine and Food Tasting earlier this month and FLIPPED, not only because of the quality, but because of the PRICE. It drank BETTER than most of the $30-40 bottles of wine available today, so I am running a sale on it for $15.95, a discount of 36% off the regular price!!!

Drink what I drink. Make THIS your wine of choice for the season.

It NEVER ceases to amaze me how much some retailers will charge for certain wines. Now, don’t get me wrong. I understand that not every retailer is going to promote every item. It’s just not financially possible. However, I don’t get how a retailer can almost double their price on a wine that in FAMOUS for being an incredible value. That’s exactly what happened to today’s special: 2010 Odfjell ‘Armador’ Cabernet Sauvignon Maipo Valley.

We have featured Armador in the past and it has ALWAYS sold very well. This is a “value” brand that delivers far more than what you pay. This wine should retail for about $8/bottle, but I’ve noticed a lot of retailers charging $12/bottle. I won’t say who it is, but a LARGE online wine retailer is selling it for $14/bottle. Those prices are RIDICULOUSLY high. I’m going to put Armador on sale for $6.99/bottle. This is the price we normally charge on the case deal, but I decided to do it on bottle one. On a side note, this is the same price we charged when we featured it two years ago. You’d think the winery would raise their price, but they haven’t. Like I said, it’s probably the top “value” brand on the market today.

Today’s BLOWOUT deal is nothing short of a Cellar Clearance on a Gambero Rosso 3 Glass award-winning BENCHMARK RED from Abruzzo, Italy: 2006 Fratelli Barba ‘Vigna Franca’ Montepulciano d’Abruzzo. Originally $18/bottle, my final few cases are going for $9.99/bottle-that’s 44% off the original price!!!

Gambero Rosso is at the TOP OF THE HEAP when it comes to rating Italian wines. It is MORE influential than Wine Spectator and Wine Advocate combined. The scoring system is rather simple, actually. A wine can get ‘1’, ‘2’ or ‘3’ Glasses. However, the tasting bar is set VERY high: of the 15,000+ wines reviewed, only 2% get 3 Glasses. If you are a wine enthusiast/collector, then you know what I’m talking about.

Today’s End of Bin Clearance hails from an INCREDIBLE Italian vintage and inventory is EXTREMELY LIMITED. Inventory on this DEAL is extremely limited. My point? You wait, you lose! Grab yours today! Cheers.
